Hypnosis is a natural phenomenon that all of us experience in everyday life. There is no magical power that the hypnotist has over anyone. Activities that involve repetitive movements, such as exercising cooking, or driving can induce a trancelike state. Hypnosis helps us to bypass the critical thinking part of the mind so we can access deeper parts of our Subconscious. You are always in control. Hypnosis is safe, evidence based, and scientific.
