Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a natural phenomenon that all of us experience in everyday life. There is no magical power that the hypnotist has over anyone. Activities that involve repetitive movements, such as exercising cooking, or driving can induce a trancelike state. Hypnosis helps us to bypass the critical thinking part of the mind so we can access deeper parts of our Subconscious. You are always in control. Hypnosis is safe, evidence based, and scientific.
Your session will be recorded so you can take time to work on the deeper parts.
Counselling
I believe everyone needs the opportunity to talk with somebody and be heard. I would love to help, and to support your growth and well-being. I can help you develop life strategies, understand behavior, and foster emotional resilience.

Payment is due at the beginning of each session. Please be aware that 24 hours is required to
change or cancel a scheduled appointment. If notice is not given, you will be charged a fee of
$75. All prices are in Canadian funds.
