Over the years, I have enjoyed working as a family therapist, social worker, and mental health clinician. Also, I am passionate about doing hypnotherapy, counselling, energy work, and akashic record readings. I also enjoy, teaching meditation and different practices to help people awaken and connect with their Higher Self.

My experience with conventional counselling modalities, include cognitive behavioral, somatic, emotion focused family therapy, compassion focused therapy. For those who are drawn further inward I have experience with spiritual hypnotherapy, guided meditation, cosmic soul readings, energy healing, and other spiritual practices.
