Over the years, I have enjoyed working as a family therapist, social worker, and mental health clinician. My experience with conventional counselling modalities, include cognitive behavioral, somatic, emotion focused family therapy, compassion focused therapy.

Also, I am passionate about doing hypnotherapy, counselling, energy work, and akashic record readings. I also enjoy, teaching meditation and different practices to help people awaken and connect with their Higher Self.
